The Cost: Honoring Your Intrinsic Worth & the Power of Self-Validation

Having a strong sense of self-worth is the product of self-love, self-respect, and self-understanding, which is each vital to your overall well-being. It is a gauge of how much you value yourself and you alone are the most significant factor in how you feel about yourself, your life, and your circumstances... You define it all. Ultimately, your worth is not something that can be quantified with a specific price tag, it encompasses a wide range of qualities, skills, and personal attributes that make you unique.

It's easy to forget how your worth is not determined by outside forces, especially living in a world where the overexposure of status and material things are constantly on display to be compared. But seeking external validation, or trying to verify your worth by someone else's perception of you is destructive, it brings about insecurities, and can ultimately cost you your happiness. Those limiting beliefs must be silenced and exchanged for unshakeable faith within oneself in order to gain self-acceptance and recognize your intrinsic value is something that can not be measured or earned. You become better equipped at navigating life's challenges with confidence and resilience because you no longer depend on anything, or anyone, to dictate your own worthiness. You escape the cycle of trying to prove you are deserving and worthy. You are worthy because you say you're worthy and because you believe it. Cultivating internal validation is liberating and empowers you to define your worth on your own terms, free from the pressures of external validation. Look inside yourself, and trust that you are enough. Your existence is priceless, and you are inherently valuable simply because you are here.
